macOS:

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

Cause 2: Firewall Blocking

Windows:

  1. Open Windows Defender Firewall
  2. Click “Allow an app through firewall”
  3. Add your client (Clash, V2RayN, etc.)
  4. Check both “Private” and “Public”

macOS:

  1. System Settings → Privacy & Security → Firewall
  2. Click “Firewall Options”
  3. Add client app to allow list

  4. Find “Subscription URL” section
  5. Copy the latest link (don’t open in browser)

Correct format:

Notes:

  • ❌ Don’t open subscription link in browser
  • ❌ Don’t modify any parameters in the link
  • ✅ Paste directly into client’s subscription URL field

Problem 3: All Nodes Show Red/Latency Test Fails

Symptoms:

  • All nodes show red in Clash
  • Latency tests all timeout
  • Cannot select any node

Solutions:

Solution 1: Check System Proxy Settings

Windows:

  1. Settings → Network & Internet → Proxy

  3. Or set proxy to: 127.0.0.1:7890 (Clash default)

macOS:

  1. System Settings → Network → Advanced → Proxies
  2. Uncheck all proxy options
  3. Or set to: 127.0.0.1:7890

Solution 2: Change Client Port

If default port (7890) is occupied:

Clash for Windows:

  1. Settings → General → Mixed Port
  2. Change to another port (e.g., 7891)
  3. Restart client

Solution 3: Fix DNS Settings

Recommended DNS:

  • 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS)
  • 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS)

Problem 4: Mobile (iOS/Android) Connection Issues

  2. Save multiple backup nodes - Don’t rely on just one
  3. Use reliable DNS - 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1
  4. Close other proxy tools - Multiple proxies can conflict
  5. Keep client updated - Regular updates fix bugs
